With the deck cemented into the bow section, the rest of the hull was built up from styrene sheet. A curved bulkhead was cemented to the aft end of the plastic egg. Plastic sheet is easy to bend, simply roll it over any cylindrical tool, like the handle of a hobby knife, until it has the desired curve. Bulkheads were cemented to the bottom of the deck and the flat bottom of the hull was attached to them and the curved bulkhead of the bow section.
