Chuck pushed the Shooting Star's control stick forward and kicked the right rudder pedal. The red and silver jet fighter nosed down and over. He straightened the dive and aimed at the enormous Nazi war machine. When the range had closed, he squeezed the trigger button on the control stick and the six .50 caliber machine guns in the P-80's nose roared.
