    I ended up spending more time and effort on this diorama than I intended, but it was still simpler and quicker than most of my models. It was fun to build, too. The final result is quite nice and has been well received when exhibited. It won a second place award in the ship diorama class at the 1988 IPMS National Convention in Dayton, Ohio.
