The guns are the most distinctive items. Oddly, I was able to find several drawings of the Hotchkiss rotating cannon but none of the four inch naval rifle. I did find a drawing of a three inch gun of the period so I used that as a guide with appropriate changes. The guns are made from various bits of plastic sheet and rod. The pedestal mounts for the Hotchkiss guns were made by sharpening plastic rod in pencil sharpener. The pedestal for the four inch gun is part of a plastic bead sitting on a disc of plastic card.
