    A while after I'd finished the submarine, it occurred to me that it would be good to include something to show the huge size of the modified Typhoon. I decide on a blue whale, the largest living creature on Earth. If the whale were real, it would be 98 feet long. In 1/1400 scale (the scale of the diorama) it is 0.84 inches long.
