The wings were cut from sheet styrene. The leading edges were sanded round while the trailing edges were faired to a sharper airfoil shape. The booster rockets at the end of the wings (a distinctive and common feature in Clifford Geary's illustrations of space ships) were made from drop tanks salvaged from an aircraft kit.
