May 1967 With These Rings I Thee Kill!: The Supreme Overlord makes it to Blackhawk's orbiting Hawk Kite, where he turns out to be an updated version of the Hoopster (though, admittedly, with a neater looking costume). A ring from his costume is slowly strangling Blackhawk when Zinda arrives to save him at the last moment. With this danger over, the team boards a passenger liner in mufti to retrieve a canister of nerve gas supposedly in the possession of an ambassador on his way to America.
