September 1953 The Assassin Squad: Commie assassins kidnap president of Bolia to stop free elections. Chop-Chop: Chop-Chop makes a mess of a bakery. Killers of the Kremlin: Beautiful commie spy Danya tries to blow up Ruania's shipyards. A World-Wide Manhunt: The Blackhawks race to save defecting scientist from commies. Considering that the Blackhawks are the best pilots in the world and their group is essentially a paramilitary air commando, their aircraft rarely appeared on the covers. This is the only issue I have seen that features the Blackhawks' jet so prominently on the cover. And it's a good representation of the Lockheed F-90B, too.
