THE ART OF JOHN DUNAJ

John's design for Commander Comet's spacesuits is similar in concept to those worn in Destination Moon. The middle, dark suit is the actual spacesuit. It provides the spaceman with a vacuum proof enviornment and the tanks on the back are the source of breathable air. The bulky, gray suits are the protective covers that go over the suit and helmet. They protect the suit from chafing, micrometeroites, etc.
