... | May 1989 Captain Richard Montgomery Flagg was ordered to form a special unit composed of problem soldiers. The unit, known as the Suicide Squad, tackled jobs the regular armed forces couldn't handle. They were reactivatied during the Korean War and then Flagg, under the orders of President Truman, formed a new unit called Task Force X. Flagg died when he crashed his plane into the War Wheel to stop it from destroying a city. His son formed the new Suicide Squad. The War Wheel appears in three pages of story. Its origin is not stated. The plane flown by Flagg appears to be a F-84F or F-86. It's not drawn well enough to make a better identification.. |
