The cover story is titled Blackhawk's Ghost. For an example of the interior art, click here to see Page 23 (file size 135 KB), which is the splash page for the cover story. This is a reprint of Blackhawk #127, which originally was published in 1958. DC had stopped publishing Blackhawk two years before (see Blackhawk #243) so Editorial Novaro must have been going back into files of much older stories to continue publishing. The Blackhawk emblem shown on this cover is the same as that last used on the DC book. The black mark on the cover is where the price has been marked over for reselling.
