Modern Comics Issue No. 101

September 1950

Creatures from Outer Space - Scientists discover a comet that will soon pass near the Earth. (One of them says to the other "The comet will pass Uranus in a few days!" Who let this slide??) Later, Chuck, while on patrol, almost collides with a smaller comet that crashes into the Earth. Answering his call for help, the Blackhawks search for their vanished teammate when a group of huge metallic men invade a nearby atomic plant. The Hawks help the plant guards fight off the metal men and discover they are not from another world.
