Death to Ratru - For many years, Japan has ruled over the Tai-Yan government. When General Ratru arrives to continue command, the Hawks parachute into the capital. They ask the General not to harm or starve the Tai-Ian people but Ratru ignores them. The Hawks go on a rampage while Ratru tries to outwit them.
